LUTZ mixing plant with pneumatic diaphragm pump

The mixing and pumping process is carried out through a suction and mixing tube and a three-way ball valve. The pre-assembled system is immediately ready for use in a few simple steps and is also suitable for explosive liquids.

A ½” series double diaphragm pneumatic pump made of stainless steel (1.4404) serves as the pump unit and is mounted on a base plate. Using our universal chemical hose, you can pump a wide variety of liquids. For example, paints and varnishes, emulsions, dispersions, suspensions, water-oil mixtures, liquids with high viscosity and solid content.

The following technical characteristics are convincing in operation: flow rate 57 l/min, operating pressure max. 8.2 bar and max. liquid temperature 93 °C. In addition, it is possible to pump liquids with solid inclusions with a diameter of up to 3.2 mm.

The total weight of the unit, including the pump, is 21 kg. The suction and mixing tube can be quickly and easily inserted into the container's drain and fill hole using the optional rope hanger and lift. The base plate sits securely on the container lid using vibration dampers.
