Features

Macerators in block and inline versions.

Pumped media:

Liquids with solid or fibrous particles, such as sludge.

Main areas of application:

Macerators crush solid particles contained in liquids, such as wood, fabric, plastic, paper, rubber, bone, fur, glass, etc., and allow the liquid to be pumped.Macerators are used in grinding, mixing and production technologies, in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, and for wastewater treatment in all industries.

Design features:

The following design options are available: block and inline.
ALLWEILER macerators are supplied as collector crushers with a head of 3-5 m (mounted on a tank/container) or as main crushers with an additionally connected eccentric screw pump for direct installation in a pipeline.

  • Wall mounting.
  • "Dry" mounting.
  • Vertical or horizontal installation.

Advantages of ALLWEILER macerators:

- Efficiency: Two grinding stages (cutting plate/cutting teeth and cutting disc/toothed rim); grinding of solid particles to a size of 3.5 mm and fibres to 1.5 cm2.

- Different designs: Free shaft end or block design.

- Versatility: The degree of crushing is adjusted depending on the feed rate using an eccentric screw pump.

Maximum performance characteristics of AM/ABM series macerators:

Performance Q up to 160 / 80 l/min
Outlet pressure pd up to 10 bar
Differential pressure pdiff up to 0,5 bar
